How long does an oven clean take?
Most single ovens take around 1.5 to 2 hours. A range or double oven will typically take 2.5 to 3 hours. We’ll give you a realistic time estimate when you book.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Ideally yes, but not all the time. We appreciate that sometimes the job needs to be done, but you also have to be at work. Our regular customers trust us with their keys as well as their pets! You can discuss your arrangements in more detail when you book.
What happens if my appliance can't be repaired?
We charge a nominal call-out fee for the diagnostic visit. If repair isn’t viable or cost-effective, we’ll tell you honestly. No further charge is made.

Yes. We are City & Guilds assured in domestic appliance repair. Our cleaning technicians are trained to industry-recognised standards.
