Not every carpet is the same, and not every stain responds to the same treatment. Before we start, we inspect the carpet, test the fibres and assess any staining. That tells us which cleaning method and solution to use.
Our technicians are trained to industry-recognised standards and use Airflex professional carpet cleaning machines. We cover carpets, rugs, sofas, chairs and other upholstery. Edges, stairs and hard-to-reach areas are all cleaned by hand where needed.

What types of carpet can you clean?
We clean most domestic carpet types including wool, synthetic, berber, twist pile and flatweave. We assess the fibre type before starting to ensure we use the right method.
How long does carpet cleaning take?
It depends on the size and condition of the area. A typical living room carpet takes around 45 minutes to an hour. We will give you an estimate when you book.
How long does the carpet take to dry?
Usually between 2 and 6 hours depending on the carpet type, thickness and ventilation. We will advise you on the day.
Can you remove all stains?
Most stains respond well to professional treatment. Some older or set stains may be permanent. We assess stains before cleaning and will always give you an honest view before we start.
Do you clean upholstery as well as carpets?
Yes. We clean sofas, armchairs, dining chairs, rugs and other upholstery. It is often worth combining a carpet clean with an upholstery clean in the same visit.
