Yes. David carries a selection of common parts on the van. If he needs something he does not have to hand, he can arrange express delivery and return to complete the repair quickly.
It depends on the age of the appliance, the cost of the part and the labour involved. David will give you a straight answer when he has diagnosed the fault. If replacement makes more sense, he will say so.
